where did time go? it's already mid-year. you know that feeling where you're going so fast your mind doesnt really have time to catch up? or something to that effect...

it has only been the second week of school but my mid-term for psy is tmr.2 modules for the first half of the semester and the other 2 for the remainder. i thought it'd be more relaxing but hell was i wrong.

you know. i see a certain friend in school and we walk by each other as if we were complete strangers. we were inseparable in primary school and rarely did anything without each other. we starting growing further and further apart after primary school, and after what seemed like an era, we're back in the same school. you know what the funny thing is... we never had a falling out or anything like that but we just... drifted. CLEANLY. did i mention that we were inseparable? even my grandmother liked her.

i think it's weird how some things like that happen. and i feel like we've drifted so far apart that doing something now would count for almost nothing. i know i know people say it's never too late but that's exactly my point - we went from 'BFFs' to strangers so abruptly that the gap is almost impossible to bridge. it has come to a point where it's so awkward we dont even smile to each other in school or make eye contact for even 2 seconds.

it's not that it's incredibly sad or anything it's just really strange... almost surreal, you might say.

going on to something really random, lindsay lohan reminds me a little too much of someone and frankly, it's pretty disturbing. even more so now that she has adopted a new lifestyle... ask me and i might tell you.

school is funnnnnnnnnnnnn. but this is just the first week. i MIGHT change my mind in about 2-3 weeks time.

psy class is interesting though some people there really need to do a little bit of growing up. when the professor said 'physiological arousal', a few people in the back started giggling profusely. YES WE KNOW IT'S SOUNDS FUNNY but you really don't need to disrupt the class.

i just swiped what i thought was a speck of dust on the laptop screen... and uh apparently it's not what i thought it was. cos there is now a blackish smear across the screen. i don't wanna think about it anymore.

i'm due for a slumber party in about half an hour. my cousins are all coming for a sleepover how adorable i KNOW.

you know what. i thought i'd miss my long hair but i dont really. at least now with my short do i actually feel wind on my neck. oh and i save on shampoo and time, since i dont have to blow my hair that often now. i'd post a terrible picture if i had it but it's in the other laptop.

i was going through my old blog and i found an entry on what we were doing one afternoon in the SJC library.

we were supposed to be doing work in the library today but we all ended up playing scrabble. haha
we had words like GAH, EEE, ROCKSY, PE- - - sze had that one. we said we would give her extra points for being obscene.
oh and we also had rucbi, ox and haiiiiix and lizzay.

having a car has its perks.

but it comes with a hefty price.

in 2 days, i spent about $8 worth of ERP and $73 on petrol. and taxi drivers are sickening.

you know what's the worst, though? after spending so much to get to town for a shopping trip, the mood effectively vanishes the moment you kill the engine and get out of the carpark. but my dear boyfriend was very thoughtful to buy me a bag yesterday that was about the price of the petrol (no of course i didn't ask for it) and i am very grateful. but you have to stop buying things for me, tham.

but yay thank you again. =D

my results are out! and after being overly paranoid about failing a module, i was alleviated from the excruciating anticipation yesterday. i need to relax sometimes. i get bad anxiety attacks. well i did have a very good 'support team' yesterday when i was about to check my results. haha. funny stuff.

i am sleepy and hungry now. but more sleepy than i am hungry. so... i think i should just brush my teeth and head to bed. right? cos if i eat now i'll be more awake and will have trouble falling asleep afterwards.

i'm SURE you wanted to know all that.

after what seems like the 856th time watching Elizabethtown, it still feels like the first time i'm watching it. if you hate soul-searching, indie-ish, kirsten dunst and orlando bloom shows, dont watch it. but you know what? you still should cos it's a brilliant show. oh and vanilla sky. i realised i really like cameron crowe films.

why would you wanna hear all this, i dunno.

anyway, they are releasing the results one by one and seriously, it's !@#$ing up my nerves. it's a bitch waiting for results.
